Are you a Recruitment Agency?
No. We are a Job Search Accelerator (commonly known as an Employment Program). We are Career Coaches, and our program was designed to provide everything you need to land a job as fast as possible.
Who is this program for?
Job Surfers Accelerator is for professionals based in Latin America who possess strong English communication skills, including conversational, listening, and writing abilities. The program focuses on helping candidates secure opportunities in roles such as Sales, Marketing, Software Engineering, Design, Product and Project Management, Operations, Data, Finance, Copywriting, and Human Resources/Recruitment.
Do you only focus on remote jobs?
No, we also help candidates land hybrid and on-site jobs.
What’s the program’s success rate?
Every person who joined and didn’t quit the program landed a job. The only people who didn’t succeed were those who dropped out or didn’t follow through during our 6 months of support.
How long does it take to land a job?
The fastest was in 4 weeks! 🎉 On average, it takes our Job Surfers 10-17 weeks to land a job, which is very good in comparison with top employment programs from the US (3.5 months on average).
There are many variables, such as your seniority, your location, the job market, your preferences, and most importantly the time and effort you commit to this program.
What guarantees do you offer?
We can’t guarantee job placement because your results also depend on your effort, commitment, and market conditions. However, we’ve successfully helped many people land jobs at companies like Mercado Libre, Zendesk, Ualá, Accenture, Kavak, On Top, and more.
Have you worked with profiles like mine before?
We’ve worked with professionals in Software Engineering, Product/Project Management, Design, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, Communications, Data, Copywriting, Human Resources, and more. If your role is aligned, we’ve likely supported similar candidates.
What companies have your candidates landed jobs at?
Answer: Companies like Amazon, Mercado Libre, Zendesk, Accenture, Ualá, On Top, Kavak, AtoB, etc. Many of them landed remote jobs in USD from Latin America.
Payment & Pricing 💸
What are the payment options?
We offer 3 options:
Option 1: Full Pay Upfront: Peace of Mind with Partial Refund
USD $3,000 upfront. 50% refundable if no job offer is accepted within 6 months after completing the bootcamp (terms apply).
Best for: You want to go all-in now, get it over with, and secure a partial refund if things don’t work out.Option 2: Flexible: Simple & No Future Payments
USD $2,500 upfront (non-refundable). No extra success fee.
Best for: You want a simple plan with nothing to think about later. Just pay once and focus on landing your dream job.Option 3: Success Fee. Pay Less Now and An Extra When You Win
USD $2,000 upfront non-refundable + $1,500 only if you land a job offer. No refund, no success fee if no offer after 6 months.
Best for: You want a more affordable entry and are happy to pay the rest once you get results.
Can I get a discount?
Our pricing is already optimized and aligned with the value and opportunities we can get you. We don’t offer additional discounts outside of special promotions.
Can I pay after I land a job?
If you choose option 3, you pay one part upfront and the rest only when you get a job.
Is there a different payment method than the ones you offer?
No, we currently offer these three payment options to give flexibility, and you can choose the one that works best for you (wire transfer or credit card via Stripe)
Program Details 📚
What does the program include?
Access to a proven job search system, with 1:1 sessions, online masterclasses, personalized feedback on your resume and LinkedIn, job search strategies, interview preparation, and access to our community of hiring partners. The program offers up to 6 months of support via Slack.
How many hours per week do I need to commit?
Ideally, you should dedicate at least 5-7 hours per week to see solid progress. More hours can help you accelerate your results.
Is the program fully remote?
Yes, the entire program is 100% remote and flexible, so you can join from anywhere.
Do you offer support for interviews?
Absolutely. We help you prepare strategically for interviews, including a document with frequently asked questions, mock interviews, and feedback.
How much support will I get?
After the 1-1 sessions, you’ll receive ongoing support through our private Slack channel for 6 months.
How long will I have access to the program?
You’ll have lifetime access to the Job Surfers OS (online course) and ongoing access to the community and Slack during the program duration: 6 months.
What if I join the program, but I end up landing a job from a previous opportunity?
Once you join the program, any job you accept counts, regardless of where the opportunity came from. We’ve supported participants who were already in advanced interview processes, and we helped them secure those offers. It’s completely up to you — you can decide to join now and benefit from our support during those final stages, or wait until you know the outcome of your current opportunities before enrolling.

Do you help with international or remote jobs?
Yes! Many of our participants land remote jobs that pay in USD or jobs in international companies open to hiring globally.
Do you help people outside of Latin America?
While our core focus is Latin America, we’ve also supported people living in other countries like Spain, who want remote jobs or jobs in global companies. These are some exceptions that we consider carefully in each case.
Do you help people who want to relocate or need a visa sponsor?
We don’t. We’ve helped candidates land remote jobs, and then they relocated, applying for a digital nomad visa, or because they had a second passport with working rights. Usually, it depends on the company’s policies and the candidate’s passport.

Yes, we can connect you with our Job Surfers alumni so you can hear about their experience directly.
What happens if I don’t get results?
If you follow the steps, show up to sessions, and put in the work, you will get interviews. If not, we’ll work closely with you to identify what’s not working and help you adjust. All of our participants start noticing a big change as soon as we finish their new resume and LinkedIn profile.gnificant assistance in helping you through those earlier stages up until you accept an offer! It’s super important to disclose any jobs you have in the process when you talk with your Admissions Manager.
